Furthermore, we provide a personalized video showcasing your chosen machine before it is shipped to you, ensuring full transparency and confidence in your selection.

Slot Machine Returns

Slot Machines for You extends a 14-day return policy on slot machines, subject to specific conditions. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or telephone. The slot machine must be returned to us in its original working condition, with all original parts intact and unaltered.

Any unauthorized alterations or repairs to the slot machine or its components will void this return policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure secure packaging and return shipping. Additionally, all associated freight costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the returned slot machine, Slot Machines for You will conduct a thorough inspection. The final decision regarding the acceptance of returns rests with us.

Refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus the original shipping cost.

Returns for Other Parts

Non-electronic parts may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Customers must coordinate any parts returns with Slot Machines for You. Return postage, freight charges, and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Returned parts must be in fully functional and usable condition, with acceptance subject to our discretion.
