Warranty information

Slot Machines for You stands firmly behind the products we offer. Every slot machine sold through our website for home use includes a limited warranty, ensuring your peace of mind. Details of our warranty are provided below.

All brands of slot machines come with a three-month warranty on parts. Please refer to the exclusions listed in the warranty details.

Should you encounter a part that malfunctions or requires replacement within the warranty period, rest assured, you’re covered! If issues arise after the warranty expires, simply contact us. We’re committed to ensuring you don’t purchase unnecessary parts for your casino gaming machine. Our goal is to get you the correct part right from the start. With our technical assistance, most slot machine components can be easily replaced. However, please note that any warranty offered by Slot Machines for You will be void if repairs are attempted without consulting our technical experts first. Our 20+ years of technical experience are at your disposal.

Slot Machines for You provides technical support by phone for every machine we sell. Our tech support hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can reach our technical support team via telephone or email. Please note that you will be responsible for the installation of parts. Our techs may be available for virtual assistance during installation via talk/Facetime, subject to availability. It’s important to note that our warranties are non-transferable.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

• Light Bulbs
• Fuses
• Starters
• Breakage of Glass or Monitor, except during initial shipping
• Intentional Abuse or Misuse of Any Game
• Damage Caused by Faulty Electrical Circuits, Electrical Surges, or Lightning
• Failure to Follow Proper Start-Up Guidance Included with Each Slot Machine Sold
• Physical Damage or Abuse to Controls, Monitors, Game Buttons, or Any Component
• Damage Caused by Operating the Slot Machine in Extreme Heat (Greater Than 90 degrees) and/or Extreme Cold (Less Than 60 degrees)
• Damage Caused by Water, Excess Humidity, or Any Liquid
• Damage Caused by Moving, Tipping Over, or Dropping Any Slot Machine
• Damage Caused by Unauthorized Repair or Addition of Any Component
• Damage Caused by Acts of Nature, Including but Not Limited to: Flooding, Tornadoes, Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Thunder & Lightning, Dust Storms
• Damage Caused by Attempting to Change, Upgrade, or Alter Any Slot Machine
• Maintenance and/or Cleaning of Any Slot Machine
• Dotmation Screen Replacements on Williams Slot Machines After Six Months
• Stuck or Jammed Coin Mechanisms or Bill Validators Caused by Misuse
• On-Site Labor or Travel Expenses Related to Warranty Coverage
• Any Change or Alteration to the Physical Appearance of the Slot Machine, Including Damage or Changes to the Cabinet
• Non-Home Commercial/Public Use is Excluded from this Limited Warranty
  
  

Please note that no other warranties, expressed or implied, verbal or written, or representations from Slot Machines for You or its representatives, agents, or affiliates, constitute a modification to our Limited Warranty unless agreed upon in writing.

Refurbishment process

Please note that the machines we receive may not be in working order initially. Our technicians select machines from our warehouse for refurbishment. These machines are then brought to our dedicated preparation room for servicing. Our refurbishing process includes:       

• Updating each bill acceptor to accept current bills
• Thoroughly cleaning each machine to remove dust and debris
• Checking for and replacing burnt light bulbs
• Installing a new battery on the main CPU board
• Performing a ram clear and setting up each machine
• Installing a key & lock on each machine
• Setting up machines to operate coinlessly, accepting bills and printing out tickets like in a casino. Please note that machines will not come with coin trays, as many received machines do not have them.
  
  

After 30 days from the initial purchase, the buyer is responsible for shipping parts back to us and covering the return shipping costs.

In any circumstance where the customer decides to return an item, a 25% restocking fee applies. The customer is responsible for both the original shipment and return shipping costs.

Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the shipment of your machine. Each machine undergoes thorough refurbishment before being dispatched.
